Objectives:
1. Students can explain the scientific hypotheses and evidence for the origin of the first cells on Earth.
2. Students can explain how contributions of scientists aided in the development of a scientific explanation of the origin of life.
3. Students can explain the characteristics of the three domains and six kingdoms of organisms.
